Bridget Sauer, an artist based in California, makes colorful, mixed media paintings that bring iridescent life to landscapes. She starts her work with a swirling watercolor base, and layers with ink, pastel, enamel, and gold leaf to immortalize the essence of her subject.
Bridget Sauer lives and works in California. She received a BA from Brown University, taking many of her painting classes at RISD (Rhode Island School of Design). Her work has been shown in Oakland, San Francisco, and Providence, including exhibits at The Mosser Hotel and Ale Industries. Recently, she has been working mostly on commissioned pieces, but is also creating art to be shown in the Lake Tahoe area in 2020.
